Yeah. My first Womb complete was with Brimstone and Chocolate Milk, which lets you shoot without charging.
My most recent was with "high damage spectral rock laser". (Damage upgrades + Ouija Board + A Small Rock + Technology. I got Technology in Basement 1 and proceeded to destroy everything, as you can see above.)
Maggy's quite good. Got speed upgrades early so the slowness wasn't a problem, but I did have an encounter with Lust that was actually a threat for once. Also got Giant Mushroom
and Mini Mush, so I ended up normal size again
I'm annoyed at this point. Can you guess why?

Yes, completing depths for the first time doesn't count as completing full game, and is rewared by unlocking Womb itself

But it would seem I still unlocked Judas...
Googled. Isaac isn't important. I unlocked Judas by completing The Womb with Cain, so boo-yah-sucks-to-you.
