I've been playing a buttload of games.

Uncharted 2 is just as good as they say it is, love the soundtrack particularly. It's extremely pretty. The writing isn't terrible.
It'sreally super-duper linear, though. The combat is very dynamic and fun, but actually going from place to place leaves me haunted by the thought that this is how everybody else did it!

Castlevania:Lord of Shadows. This is that newer Castlevania. It REEKS of Kojima with all of the cutscenes and the essays narrated by Patrick Stewart prior to every level. However, this also means that every combo and enemy gets a pretty interesting little info blurb. It's a massive collectathon too, occasionally you'll come across a corpsed conquistador and rummage through his clothes looking for gems to upgrade HP and magic. It's kind of a grindfest too, complemented by lots of respawning enemies worth a fair amount of XP. Also there was totally a cutscene with a Demon monster lady thing with tits all over the screen while my mom was vacuuming in the next room that I skipped and apparently missed a big stinky wad of plot in doing so.

Resistance:Fall of Mango is the fruitiest game I've ever played. It's quite difficult but there are mango smoothies lying around everywhere for you to pick up and regenerate health with. Also, VTOL aircraft in 1951? Go to your room, video games.

For some reason I got really hooked on Pokemon Emerald. Been playing it on an emulator on my PSP at work once in awhile. I don't really, y'know, give a huge shit about it, but it's some fun.
