Considering the fact that the geography of the whole of Tamriel is on the disk, I'd say there's great scope for DLC, even if you only get to visit a small part by sea or something. Those who have escaped the boundary have found Morrowind rendered in particular detail. It's not as good as Skyrim, of course: the further out you go the blurrier the textures get and the less detailed and frequent the trees become. But Red Mountain is there, in Cyrodiil the Imperial City is there, along with the White-Gold Tower. I believe some landmarks were also found in Daggerfall. The geography of Cyrodiil is almost identical to that of Oblivion.
Right now, I'd settle for a patch to fix some of the quests and a way to sort out the Thieves guild, corruption and Black-Briars of Riften. The only questlines there require that I become a huge dick.
