I looked it up: it’s a proof-of-concept tablet PC called the Razer Fiona that’s designed for PC gaming. Supposedly it’ll ship with Windows 8, and you’ll be able to connect your Steam library to it. Only hardware spec explicitly mentioned is an i7 Intel core.
