I spent much of my time levelling up armourer skill by making a lorry load of daggers and leather bracers - My cat got a legendary set of light dragonscale armour when she was level 30 since I saved up my dragon parts since the start of the game. That's certainly helped me a bit, but it does feel a little like cheating, although some enemies are still as hard as nails - Perhaps it should be like Warcraft where you need to make increasingly harder-to-create armour in order to level up your skill.
Skyrim is perhaps one of the longest single-player games I've played - 54 hours in and I'm only level 37, I've only done the beginning of the main quest, the entire companions quest line, most of the Whiterun sidequests and half of the college questline. I've been looking at other people's playtimes and some are over 300 hours... And I thought 102 hours on FFXII was very long. But that's a good thing - It drags on but it's somehow still interesting for me.
Hats off to Bethesda. If they made an MMO like Skyrim - But for the entire of Tamriel, they'd have a good chance of significantly competing with WoW. I wonder if that's what they're planning?
