I hereby express disappointment. I felt that the project was about creating something together, and here you've decided to exclude all other human involvement.
I may be alone in this but I feel that regardless of the limitations to skins and stuff, the end result would be more fun, more impressive and more in the spirit of Minecraft and the server if the characters were played by other players.
