I'd feel more inclined to exercise if I went to a gym. If I had the equipment at home I'd have things to tempt and distract me.

My problem is that I'd probably pay for the membership and still not end up going.
I like the immaterial nature of the good ol' push/sit up, a pretty practical, and light weight apparatus to carry around anywhere with you as well
