I played a few zombie survivals, most of which I was missing textures or models. :/
My favorite add on would probably be the Pikmin addon made by Aska49. I often screw around with stuff from Toybox.

Usually you only have missing textures if you don't have Counter-Strike or Day of Defeat Source installed. If not, well it's just a bad server
