I just have to say I seem to recall CD Projekt putting out a pirated version of The Witcher 2, though it was flawed in a way I cant remember. CD Projekt then asked for a monetary sum somewhere in the $1000 range from the people they believed were pirates. So no, not rubbish if that is what you are referring to.
