Can I just say, that it's wonderful that Glitch has taken out the time to actually approach the fans and see what they want from the games. So often the fans wants and needs are ignored in favour of a developers ego
(a George Lucas quote springs to mind "I don't make films for the fans, I make the films I want to see")
It's really great that JAW have given us the opportunity let our voices be heard from within the franchise now. I love the Oddworld Fan community and I hope this sort of fan/creator relationship continues to remain strong in the future.

Approaching the fans can be a double-edged sword. Props to JAW for communicating with the fans, but there’s a point where asking the fans becomes pandering. I hope Oddworld doesn’t end up on the wrong side of that line.
There’s something to be said for sticking to your own creative opinion, by the way. George Lucas is a bad example, but plenty of artists make things for themselves and are outstanding at what they do.
