Why the hell would you envy an impairment?
You do realize that you could choose to wear glasses whenever, but people with impaired eyesight cant?

I can choose whenever I want to wear my glasses, they are for reading only, so I could simply choose to go through the rest out my life without reading...
Also, the way that glasses are, it would be impossible for me to wear them all the time because everything else is all blurry.
