when I saw it the top was shining, the bottom was red and the middle was dark but visible, when it got half finished I could swear there was a blue ring were the shadow met the lighted half, but that could have just been my eyes trying to tell me to go to sleep, I only wish I noticed it when it started
for me it was nicely placed outside my window so I didn't even have to get out of bed
