If you're the one recording, then I suggest editing your 'kz.png' to pictures of the MeechMunchies/Paramite Pies etc posters.
... So I did, and created 5 mini texture packs, one of which I've attached to this post. If people apply the texture pack and walk into the RF boardroom now (I've made a temp ladder up to it and a trapdoor at the bottom for a quick exit), they'll see the following. Thanks so much for the suggestion.




And for the part where Abe walks by each poster I made them slightly larger but I had to utilise four paintings because no paintings existed that were three squares wide - Getting them lined up was a pain. Still, all I need to do to change them is switch texture packs during filming.



Oh and to make them glow, you can back them with glowstone.

I'm also thinking of doing something similar for the big projector screen within the boardroom instead of using wool, but that'd mean creating custom graphics similar to what's shown on the screen since Mullock and the Slig stand in the way, so I can't screencap from the FMV.
