But not all new member's are annoying. Many times they are just 'green' and people needlessly flame them and stuff. I try at least to keep Welcomes and Birthdays as friendly as possible. I really can't tolerate anymore needless drama. Everyone deserves a shot(In the head wahahaha), cos everyone's been annoying at some point or another. But in the end, the people that stay usually learn to fit in, and the one's who are simply too annoying to fit usually go away by themselves or they get banned, due to constant violation of the rules.
Like I understand people boo'ing members who just never learn, but that's another story.
