I'm playing OoT on the 3DS, and I'm in Jabu Jabu too. Problem is, I'm at the boss door but I've lost Ruto. I've checked every room and it's annoying me :/

I have the exact problem, I just beat this Mini-boss after she goes up on a platform, I go up the platform and she is gone.
She must be somewhere but them floating electric jellyfish keep re-spawning and annoy the hell outta me.
