FYI doors never spawn with mines, only in strongholds or NPC villages.

In that case, when you discovered that spider spawner did you poke around in the area nearby? I’ve spotted a door or two every now and then.
e: never mind, did some exploring and turns out I’d been chasing my own tail—all the doors I’ve seen are my own.
