I'm pretty sure Mongoloid is exclusively used to refer to people with Down Syndrome or similar conditions these days. If you're talking about people from Mongolia, I think the preferred term is Mongolian or Mongol.

Mongoloid can be used to identify Asians an Native Americans as supposedly they evolved in Mongolia. You are (I assume) a Caucasian, though that doesn't mean you live in the Caucasus.
