Those people who engage you in an argument, then halfway through, they realise that you're going to win. I see it in their eyes and they think I don't notice, but it's pretty hard not to notice that they've completely jumped argument in order to sound like they were really arguing something else the whole time, and that I'm being stupid and misunderstanding, when it's really fucking obvious that you're just trying to confuse me and make me look stupid. Well screw you, I'm going to call you out on it as soon as you try and pull that one, to hell with how petty it makes me look.
Bonus points if they swap to the most reliable argument in the room i.e. yours.
"Oh, that's what you're trying to say? Well that's what I've been trying to say all this time! Why were you arguing with me? You really love arguing for the sake of it, don't you?!"
"No, I've been arguing with you because you're wrong."
Hmph.
