I think Microsoft have now broken that rule with Battlefield. PSN has a week exclusivity on the "Full Blown" DLC but yet xbox will still get it. seems like a contradiction on microsofts behalf to me.

If you checked the link I posted earlier in the thread, the “exclusive or simultaneous only” rule applies to
titles, not DLC.
