Isn't it at about 60 that one's IQ becomes disabling? I mean that's when you are officially a 'simpleton', or was it an 'idiot'? I forget.

Are you officially a simpleton? The IQ is calculated using standard deviation, so a certain portion of the population will always have an IQ of less than 60.
That said, I still retain what I said before. You can't really group people into being mentally disabled or not based off their IQ. Do you really think someone with an IQ of 60 is at all noticeably different to someone with an IQ of 61?
