The developers were Russian. They got confused between Stone and Pounds.

Today in class I was browsing the forums and I looked if there was any new posts in this thread and my friend saw that picture and he said something about an old game called Arcanum which he had on his PC.
I don't know if that's correct, but count it as a guess.
