No. V blew up the Houses of Parliament in the climax of the movie (and the beginning of the book, I think).
You were close though, by mentioning Anonymous. My response was going to be Anonymous/4chan for co-opting the symbolism of Guy Fawkes for their protests, whilst succeeding in only diluting that symbolism because they're so goddamn pathetic.
