You’re confusing “wants to get addicted” with “wants to take drugs”.
People don’t take drugs to get addicted, people don’t want to be addicted to things. They want to experience the short-term effects the drugs have on their mind and body, not the debilitating long-term ones.

Well I friggin know this. I was responding to Joe. He chose to mention extremes, so Im responding with extremes. And my "extreme" opinion is that if someone took drugs, and got addicted, but they dont wanna do anything about it, we cant force them to unless they become a nuisance. Just like smokers. just.... more extreme.
