Honestly, Luke, I don't think I can give you any feedback on the engine. Yeah, a game's engine is its backbone and it's imperative that it works, but it either works or it doesn't and it seems to me that the simplicity of this engine lends itself to a one-man-team of debuggers; you. There's no point in us testing the engine for bugs and there's nothing anyone can lend you opinion-wise so there are no helpful words we can offer you until you begin developing the game itself.

I wish you every success with the game you plan on building upon this engine. Unfortunately, I must agree that it's incredibly rare for projects to get even close to completion here, but much luck nonetheless.
Oh, advice: Consider leaving this thread be and come back when you have some developed parts of a game to show off. You'll probably find that'll reward you with a warmer reception than the previous derailing and confusion.
