Your are speaking two different languages and confusing them. You are saying 'Snow is blanche'. Your words don't actually hold any meaning.
If a bone almost breaks it is
FRACTURED. If a computer power cord is kicked so hard it almost comes free, then the computer in actuality never left the logical state of being On, but in potentiality veered towards the state of being Off.
