That image did come from Alf though, so I'm not sure if the high-res versions are floating around in the public domain.

I can't find the relevant post now, but I remember Max linking the blog of one of JAW's artists, which had high-resolution versions of the promotional images made for GameCityNights. Judging by the URL of that Abe image (linked above), it's probably from the same source.
