You know, I still can't get my head round the shooting.
The bombing, okay: He was a nutter with his finger on a detenator, he pushes it, kills a few dozen people and half-demolishes some buildings. But by then he was probably running, his mind fixed on getting somewhere to hide.
But the shooting, there's no dislocation. This man got a gun and shot more than 84 people. He looked at every single one as he squeezed the trigger and watched them drop. He comitted murder 84+ times. There are soldiers in hideously bloody wars who killed barely a quarter of that.
