DH, may I suggest that RF becomes a main station rather than Nile lair? It would involve a bit of line reworking, but I think it would make more sense.

Nile Lair is more central to civilisation than RF is (but maybe not from your point of view). Anyone trying to get to Buncible base or mountain shelter from Genesis would have to detour to RF first... It wouldn't make sense. Remember that the map is exactly like that of the London underground - It shows how to navigate the network rather than show how close things are to each other. RF is huge and quite far from civilisation.
What I may do is add a junction to the west of RF and build a new line to connect up with the green line via a second junction. Not sure about this though since it adds extra complexity to the rail system.
