I've noticed a disturbing trend among young people where being gay is almost like a fashion statement.

They do it here, too.
They'd go around saying they're either gay or bisexual, and may make out with people from the opposite excuse.
When it comes to the deed, they back out.
The gay people I know despise such people with a passion.
