If she likes the both of you and you both like her, in my book you're both allowed to go after her. If your friend doesn't take a step and you do, it's childish for him to hold it against you to be honest.
Then again, bro's before ho's. Don't be surprised when he fucks you over though.

Thats the thing, he is very childish and if he finds out I'm going out with her, He might think i'm either doing it make him jelous or just try to kill me (which would be funny to see). Obviously this is only a problem because he's my friend.
