You mean before the whole ADAM tits up thing?
That actually sounded better. It would've been nice to see a Bioshock level where everything is not ruined or leaking.

From what I remember the original Bioshock 2/prequel was supposed to take place during Rapture's heyday and lead into the events that lead into the civil war. Would have been a lot of fun. They sort of explored that with the multiplayer aspect of bioshock 2, but not really.
