Aidan, and the thing is it all adds up, that's what I'm trying to say, all the damage you are doing by smoking one or two, then none, then four, adds up.
I'm not venting at you you realise, I care enough to try and point out what smoking is doing to your health, I'd rather you didn't end up like my Gran did, she wasn't exactly a chain smoker.
