I exaggerated it, sorry (and a little was kidding  ). I meant that two, three, four, cigarettes a day will never hurt you. Some say if a man eats too many proteins he'll have some kidney or liver disease. My trainer, and not just him, a lot of body builder who I know have been eaten lots of proteins for 15-20 years and never had problems.

Two, three, four cigarettes a day still increases your risk of health problems. Not as much as smoking 20 a day, but still higher than a non-smoker would have.
And that's still missing the point, because smoking two, three, four cigarettes a day can very easily lead to a 20-a-day habit. It's a slippery slope.
