That is like so not true! If you're a smoker yourself, of course you can't notice the smell so easily, but the smell really stays in your clothes and especially in your hair. I dated this one guy for a while, who was a smoker and he smelled really awful. It didn't make any difference if he had just smoked or not. The smell stayed in his jacket and in his hair and it sure wasn't nice.
