I'm starting my work out in 2 hours: chest, back, biceps... and abdominals. I must say that with this high temperature (35 °C) it's very difficult to increase muscular mass, in fact I'm losing volume, also because I practise more aerobics and I sweat profusely.

At the moment I'm going to the gym four times a week and riding my bike to uni most days. I've been finding that I'm putting on muscle but not losing any fat, so my pecs look more like manboobs
I should starve myself for the next two and a half weeks to be ready for my bonus month of summer.

Try asking your trainer for a specific diet! Remember, diet is 80% of the work!
