I don't phone anyone unless I absolutely have to. Except for Elvis, who I try to talk to at least twice a month. The same goes for my biological father. As far as other friends and family, I just don't call. They can wait until we see each other, or text/e-mail me. Although it's the idea of talking to/dealing with the general public/strangers/new people that causes my social anxiety to really flare up and turn me into a quivering pile of jelly.
