Got to admit, looks really cool but I still have no interest at all to Gears. I have 1 and 2 but still haven't got further than beating the tutorial. I find them boring.

Pretty much. The first was alright because it was pretty and sort of original and the story was decent. But the second? Come on. I don't give a fuck
about Dom, or Maria, or how sad Dom is, or any of this other stupid bullshit. Gears 2 was just a big polished turd that reaffirmed my distaste for Cliff Bleszinski. It was like he said, "Okay, the first game was a success, we have a small army of fan boys at our disposal, let's just rest on our laurels and see how batshit they go this time. Oh, and let's make the final boss/ending a total joke and waste of time. That would be funny, right?"

I don't know, a tutorial is a pretty good insight into a game. The Gears tutorial sucks. Gears is mediocre. Can't blame the kid for knowing what he likes.
