The best way to prevent an upset tummy during/post drinking is to drink a big glass of milk before you get started. My grandpa taught me that one. Supposedly the milk coats your stomach. I go with chocolate milk, personally.
Also, eat a small meal before you drink, and snack while you drink. No large meals, though.

Whoa? Milk? Who'd have thought :P I shall try(at the rare occasions that I do drink).
Some people also say that saltwater helps. Dunno though. i never tried.

I know Opium is good for sleep-aid. But it's addictive. I wanna extract Opium and see if I can use it for the nights that I'm sleepless.
