I don't think he has yet. That's probably why. You need the English CD version for it to work.

It will work with the steam version, there a couple of ddraw.dll's that where posted
Also I find that editing collision paths in my editor is ANNOYING AS HELL
I think I need to add more grid stuff before anything else as collisions that are not on the grid properly don't work or allow you to fall through the floor etc.
