I understand your disappointment. The only location options eBay gave me were United States or worldwide. I once sent something to a certain country in Eastern Europe and as far as I know it never arrived. Naturally I was reluctant to choose worldwide after that experience. I would have opened the auction to specific countries if eBay had allowed it.
