I'll probably swap around the Happy and Wired, as I think the Wired expression would suit the Highly Positive bar better.
The dimensions are fine, and I agree regarding the skull and crossbones. Would you be able to convert the icons into PNGs with transparent backgrounds where necessary (keep in mind that the background they will be displayed on could be very light - not just dark)?

Here's all the icons in an imgur album. Let em know if there's any problems. They all should be transparent PNGs, unless imgur decided to fuck with them.

As a side note on the banned member thing, can't we put a large skull and crossbones with the text BANNED as the default avatar for banned members? Should be a plugin floating around for that somewhere.
