I'm a runner traditionally, but I haven't done any since school, more because of the effort of putting on some trainers and heading outside than anything else. I did go to the gym for a few months last year, but I didn't gain any weight, so I quit.
Other than that, the only exercise I've had in the past five years has been walking and dance.
Watching sport? Couldn't give the vaguest of tosses.
