Not really. I always make sure to wear a condom and only do it without one when she's on anti conception and we've both had an STD test.

My best friend on the other hand has a bitch of a girlfriend who stopped taking her anti conception without letting him know, probably in some vague attempt to keep him with her. So now he's got a kid and his bitch GF has a second coming. I have the utmost respect for him, given that he's staying with her for the kids. But she has bad news written all over her, I would have gotten out of there a long damn time ago.
