I've worked out what you've done. Either you're smart enough to know how to game the vBulletin detection, or you're oblivious and very lucky.
That said, your animated avatar is still breaching the forum rules. If you don't change it, you'll lose it.
Thus making MA's prediction true.
EDIT: Also, it's not animating in IE. I haven't decided yet whether that's because IE is smart or dumb.
