Though that picture isn't strictly a Hand of Odd picture, if I recall correctly. I have the actual E3 pamphlet that's from at home, I'll be able to check in a couple of days.

Found it! The picture is indeed from a
Munch's Oddysee promotional brochure that doesn't even mention
Hand of Odd. That said, Meetles would almost certainly have appeared in
Hand of Odd.
