Stunktanks did that too, and their sprites made them look like they were in the middle of crapping when they got sent out.
Then again, I always hated their concept, so my opinion might be prejudice.

While we're on the topic of sprites cries, the pokemon Froslass had the cry of a siren. I also liked the cries of glaceon and togekiss.
