How does one pre-ready a virgin arsehole for a pounding? Any advice is welcome. How does one get another in the mood for it and hows do you go about it without causing a lot of pain.

Don't forget to make sure s/he's quite clean inside. Also, don't jump straight to forcing your mighty staff inside her. Use fingers first and get her used to the idea.

Does anyone else get kinda 'excited' from deep/low bass in music and such?
