It aint hard to do. Grow your hair a bit. I have a one hour process I go through to get my hair the way it is (Yep I sound super extremly super gay now)

My hair's probably about the same length as you, but it's curly. I get impatient spending two minutes fixing my hair, so no way am I ever going to waste an hour a day on that.
