I wanted to get that fire only 1 bullet achievement. I thought it was easy to get but I forgot about the Antlion King you run into. Try beating that without firing a shot...

The only shot I fired was the padlock to open the door that led to the electrical box when you first got the pistol.
The achievement description says you can still use rockets, crowbars, grenades and the gravity gun.
As for the Antlion King...there were quite a lot of explosive barrels about. The only challenge was sprinting away from the bitch when it charged.
