I don't know why everyone says that, I didn't find the movie more disturbing than lets say silent hill, which freaked me out more. and I think it's the best video game adaption so far or can you name any other good adaption?

Silent Hill? I thought it was okay, but not that disturbing.
Also, I thought the mutant raping scene was pretty intense and disturbing.
